Position positioning:
This job category includes: statistical analyst, salesclerk, customer service specialist, etc. We will combine the needs of vacant positions and personal abilities to carry out post deployment upon entry. This position for the company's grassroots positions, candidates need to establish the concept of starting from the grassroots, through the company organized a series of training and exercise, get rapid promotion and development.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for guiding customers to fill in the shipping order and relevant information, and input them into the ERP system; 

2. Responsible for tracking and monitoring of cargo transportation, timely handling of cargo anomalies and related claims;  

3. Responsible for receiving door-to-door customers to take delivery of goods, handling orders, issuing, receiving and signing for delivery documents, etc., to improve customer satisfaction;  

4. Sorted out the signed and received copies of customers and timely scanned and uploaded them; assisted the cashier in issuing or mailing invoices for customers and other services;

 5. Collect real-time data of the department. Update. Summarize and report to superiors to ensure superior's ability to keep abreast of the latest business data of the department.​
